Trainee Associates are the backbone of our firm, and play a critical role in providing clients with powerful facts and analyses that outline solutions and drive change. TAs are generalists who work on a variety of cases, and are typically responsible for identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, and presenting the findings in crisp written form which substantially contribute to the development of final advice/product. Other responsibilities include interviewing the client’s customers, competitors, suppliers and employers; their work becomes the basis of the final strategic recommendation.

TAs are Masters in Business Administration or Public Administration with upto three years of experience, strong academic backgrounds, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and a high motivation level for work.
